STADIUM XV BEER COOLER RULERS GUIDE

Have you ever wanted to be a ruler of a beer cooler? No? Me TF neither. However, beer is one of our biggest sales categories, so we need to know how to take care of it properly!

Keg Cooler and Quickie Cooler Checklist

Keg Cooler

  • Align Taps and Kegs

    • Match taps with the correct keg.

    • Keep hoses neatly facing the system.

  • Prepare Replacement Kegs

    • Place backup kegs near the current keg (north, south, east, west, or diagonally, based on space).

  • Organize by Zones

    • High-demand kegs go near the front.

    • Slower-moving kegs (like Guinness) stay in designated corners.

  • Weekend Protocol

    • If a keg kicks and no immediate replacement is clear, leave it to the side for Monday restock.

    • Keep empty kegs in their designated collection spot.

  • Restocking Deliveries

    • Place urgent kegs into the system immediately.

    • Organize other new kegs neatly where they belong. Avoid random placement.

  • Hooking Up Kegs

    • Twist the grain knob until beer flows through the line (no foam).

    • Turn the top knob fully down-right to secure the flow.

Quickie Cooler

  • Shelving Setup

    • Top Shelves → Craft seltzers or popular items.

    • Middle Shelves → Bottled domestics like Bud, Corona, and Coors.

    • Bottom Shelves → Overflow or flex space (use sparingly).

  • Handling Open Cases

    • Stock loose bottles/cans neatly on shelves.

    • If shelves are full, place the case in the front for easy access.

  • Reset on Monday & Wednesday

    • Tidy and restock all shelves.

    • Clear overcrowded or mismanaged areas.

General Rules

  • Always label and organize with usability in mind (fast movers up front).

  • Clean as you go to maintain functional and tidy spaces.

  • Communicate any temporary changes or storage adjustments to avoid confusion.

  • Stick to the system to keep shifts smooth for everyone.

Cheers to flawless organization and effortless shifts! 🍻
