Keg Cooler and Quickie Cooler Checklist
Keg Cooler
Align Taps and Kegs
Match taps with the correct keg.
Keep hoses neatly facing the system.
Prepare Replacement Kegs
Place backup kegs near the current keg (north, south, east, west, or diagonally, based on space).
Organize by Zones
High-demand kegs go near the front.
Slower-moving kegs (like Guinness) stay in designated corners.
Weekend Protocol
If a keg kicks and no immediate replacement is clear, leave it to the side for Monday restock.
Keep empty kegs in their designated collection spot.
Restocking Deliveries
Place urgent kegs into the system immediately.
Organize other new kegs neatly where they belong. Avoid random placement.
Hooking Up Kegs
Twist the grain knob until beer flows through the line (no foam).
Turn the top knob fully down-right to secure the flow.
Quickie Cooler
